Apotek Dewi Bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy and bakery, ensuring that we continue to provide excellent service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy and bakery, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the profitability and efficiency of the business.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial reports are prepared and submitted on time.,Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all business objectives are met and that the business is growing and developing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in business administration, pharmacy, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the pharmacy or bakery industry.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
