📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct career assessments and counseling sessions with civil servants to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
• Develop and implement personalized career development plans for civil servants, in collaboration with their supervisors and department heads.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and career fairs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and professional networks of civil servants.
• Provide guidance and support to civil servants in navigating the promotion and transfer processes within the public sector.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of civil servants in achieving their career development goals, and provide regular feedback and support.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads, supervisors, and other career counselors, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to career development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and policies related to career development in the public sector, and incorporate this knowledge into your work.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs related to career development in the public sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counseling, career development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian civil service system, including promotion and transfer processes, and the relevant policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with career assessment tools and techniques, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and StrengthsFinder.
