📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
• Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and other guest supplies.
• Address and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure that all cleaning protocols and safety guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas.
• Assist with special cleaning requests, such as deep cleaning or preparing rooms for check-in.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
