As the Pharma & Lab Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of professionals in pharmaceuticals and laboratory services. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring proper stock levels, managing laboratory tests, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical and inventory operations to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Manage and optimize pharmaceutical supply chains, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams to streamline workflows and ensure accurate test results.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems, such as SAP or similar ERP software.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols.
• Lead and mentor a team of pharmaceutical and laboratory professionals.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical and laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or laboratory management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Proven experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
