📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
