In this role, you will oversee the entire distribution process, from inventory management to logistics and sales. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure timely delivery of products, manage relationships with distributors and retailers, and implement strategies to enhance our market presence. Your daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing distribution plans, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
Manage relationships with distributors and retailers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with terms.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain distribution plans, including logistics and transportation management.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on distribution performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.
Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using distribution management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in the plastic manufacturing sector.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
