📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits, including the preparation of audit programs and schedules.,Conduct audits of various departments and processes to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and records.,Participate in continuous learning and development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.,Support the Internal Audit Manager in the preparation of audit plans and budgets.,Assist in the coordination of internal audit resources and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
