As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our company's growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
