📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Ensure a clean and organized cashier area at all times.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of cash for daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier or related roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash handling and accounting software.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
