Leaf Shop Pratama is looking for a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests, both in person and over the phone.,Handle reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest concerns and requests.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Lead and mentor junior receptionists.,Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
