📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to enhance team performance.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics to provide insights for decision-making.,Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company's market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
