Home Moon Indonesia is looking for a Lead Store Admin to manage and optimize our store operations. As a Lead Store Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations, including inventory, staff, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store administration.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
