📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and implementing daily activities and educational programs tailored to the developmental stages of young children.
• Provide direct care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Support teachers in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist in preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages to children in accordance with dietary needs and allergies.
• Monitor children’s progress and report any concerns to the lead educator.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the daycare’s curriculum.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the daycare facility, ensuring it is safe and hygienic.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and respected.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with using educational software and tools such as Kidskloud or Early Learning Central.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
