As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we have the necessary supplies and materials to meet our operational needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of supply chain management principles.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
