📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Process insurance claims and handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's records and files.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic accounting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work remotely and independently.
