📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising a team of laboratory technologists in the Clinical Biochemistry department.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for laboratory tests.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
  • Managing laboratory resources and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contributing to research and development activities in the laboratory.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical biochemistry laboratory setting.
  • Certification from a reputable professional body, such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical biochemistry principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
