📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.,Manage and optimize procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.,Lead procurement teams and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of procurement strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using procurement and supply chain management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
