📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintaining a strong relationship with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Monitoring and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
