📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and managing the kitchen operations.,Oversee the daily preparation of food and beverages according to the menu and standards.,Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and consistency.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve existing recipes and menus.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.,Proven experience in fine dining and culinary innovation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to manage a team effectively.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
