📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and supervise studio operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Train and mentor sales and service teams to maintain high performance standards.,Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement new initiatives and programs.,Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the beauty industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and operations management principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
