Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian is a plus
