📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process insurance claims using Epic Systems and Meditech.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.
- Review and resolve claim denials and appeals.
- Maintain and update patient records and insurance information.
- Assist in auditing and reconciling accounts receivable.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance claims processing.
- Proficiency in using Epic Systems and Meditech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Healthcare Administration (CHA) or a related field is a plus.
