📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power BI.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Create and deliver training materials and workshops for employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into HR strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously enhance our HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organization development.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
