📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with Wings retail outlets in Blitar.
Assess the financial needs of local businesses and recommend suitable unsecured loan products from Bank MAS.
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and services offered by Bank MAS.
Participate in sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the financial inclusion initiative.
Provide regular reports on client interactions and sales performance.
Attend training and development programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with financial products and services offered by Bank MAS.
Understanding of the retail and business environment in Blitar.
Ability to travel to client locations as required.
