As an Inbound Supply Chain Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire inbound logistics process, from order processing to inventory management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the inbound logistics process, including order processing, receiving, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle for inventory tracking, order management, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle for inventory tracking and order management.
• Certification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
