In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operational aspects are aligned with project objectives. You will leverage your expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Asana to create and maintain detailed project plans. Daily, you will analyze project data using tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless transitions from planning to execution.
Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Asana to create and maintain detailed project plans.
Analyze project data using Power BI and Tableau to identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational aspects with project objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Provide training and support to project teams to enhance their operational readiness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in operational readiness and project management.
Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certifications.
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Asana.
Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
