• Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance the TeamSG brand and market presence.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including athletes, sponsors, and partners, to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Create and present compelling business proposals to secure new partnerships and sponsorships.
• Oversee the implementation of business development strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and potential collaborators.
• Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies.
• Strong understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using business development tools and software, such as Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Certification in sports marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
