You will also be responsible for managing your portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Wings retail outlets in Blitar.
• Assess the financial needs of local businesses and recommend suitable unsecured loan products from Bank MAS.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and services offered by Bank MAS.
• Participate in sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the financial inclusion initiative.
• Provide regular reports on client interactions and sales performance.
• Attend training and development programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial products and services offered by Bank MAS.
• Understanding of the retail and business environment in Blitar.
• Ability to travel to client locations as required.
