📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of patient care
• Schedule appointments, manage client bookings, and ensure optimal clinic utilization
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including health and safety standards
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the clinic's customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or business management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including health and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Proficiency in using clinic management software, such as Practice Management Systems (PMS) or similar tools
• Certification in a relevant field, such as medical aesthetics or dermatology, is a plus
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required
