📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure scalability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive technological advancement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of IT governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and cloud computing.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
