As an Finance Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and managing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the finance team to streamline financial processes and contribute to the overall success of Antara Logistic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Generate and manage invoices using SAP and other financial software
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all transactions
• Maintain and update client records and billing information
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable (AR) and billing support
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other financial software
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
